PAYMENT PLAN/PLACING A GECKO ON HOLD
30-day payment plans are available for geckos $500+. Geckos under $500 must be paid in a single full payment.
Geckos will not be reserved without a 25% retainer of the entire purchase price. Payment plans and/or retainers cannot be transferred to another gecko. If the full amount including shipping is not paid within 30 days of the initial down payment, we reserve the right to re-list the gecko for sale and keep the 25% retainer, with the remaining balance credited towards another gecko purchase from the available listings.

PLEASE NOTE: Appearance of the gecko(s) may vary but are depicted as true to life as possible. Digital screens, photography equipment and lighting, or if the gecko is fired up or down can affect the appearance.
If sex is determined by a pore check this is not a guarantee of the gecko’s sex.
shipping policy/COST
Once payment has been received you can schedule to have your Crested Gecko shipped by contacting us at additgeckos@gmail.com or messaging us on Instagram. Your Crested Gecko will be dropped off at our local FedEx Ship Center and shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight.

Our shipping days are Monday-Wednesday if the weather allows on both ends. Meaning day and nighttime temperatures are between 38 and 85 degrees. If this is not the case for departing, transfer HUB, and receiving locations, then the gecko(s) will be held at no extra cost until the weather improves.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipments must be scheduled at least 1 business day in advance. At this time shipping is only within the contiguous US 48 states.

On your scheduled shipping day you will receive tracking information via the email you provided us at checkout.
shipping ADDRESS/FEDEX LOCATION
Be sure to double-check the shipping information you provide when ordering from us. In addition to your address, we require your email and daytime phone number. This information is required for FedEx Live Animal Shipments.

PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for the shipping of a gecko to the incorrect address due to a mistype, etc. Please make sure you enter your address correctly. If the shipping address is not correct, it will void the live arrival guarantee.

We can ship to a FedEx Ship Center or FedEx staffed office per your request. However, it will be your responsibility to make sure your location of choice will accept live animal shipments beforehand. FedEx Office & Print and FedEx Kinkos locations WILL NOT accept live animal shipments. Geckos delivered to a FedEx location need to be picked up within (1) hour of delivery. If the package gets rejected by your FedEx office or you fail to pick up your Crested Gecko within (1) hour of delivery our LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE will be voided.
LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE
Once a gecko is received, its health is your responsibility and we will not offer any guarantees, as too many things out of our care and control can happen.

There will not be refunds of any amount in the event of a tail drop after the gecko is purchased.
In the unlikely event that your gecko is D.O.A. (dead on arrival), it is required that you contact us within one hour of arrival time and provide photographic evidence to additgeckos@gmail.com within the hour as well. If you are not present at the designated shipping address when the gecko is shipped, then the live arrival guarantee is void. If the gecko is determined to be D.O.A. and we find it valid, you may receive a credit to another similar gecko that is available.
PLEASE NOTE: You will be responsible for shipping costs for the replacement animal. We do not issue refunds, no exceptions.
